Your journey, finding your perfect balance

Everyone’s relationship with cannabis is unique – like finding the perfect yoga pose or your ideal running pace. Let me share my journey from anxiety-filled flights to discovering my sweet spot with edibles.


Remember when you first tried running? You didn’t start with a marathon. Similarly, my early experience with edibles in ’96 Bay Area was like trying to sprint before learning to walk – overwhelming and off-putting. Fast forward to my frequent business travel years, and I found myself seeking alternatives to prescription anxiety meds for turbulence.


Through trial and error, I discovered that my ideal dose was much smaller than expected. Just enough to breeze through LAX chaos and handle turbulence while staying sharp for business presentations. While this exact approach isn’t universal, it helped me transition away from anxiety medications.


We designed our products for personal exploration. Start with baby steps:

  • Cut gummies in half (or quarters!)
  • Try two drops of Elixir instead of a full dropper
  • Pay attention to subtle effects

Fun fact: I once found myself reorganizing our entire kitchen (I’m not the cook!) in complete zen mode thanks to urfocus. My husband’s amused reaction? “Hey babe, what’s going on?” My response: “I’m not sure but I totally got it!”
